The Sr Telecom Analyst is responsible for the security, design, performance of all voice networks components and the integration of all telecom services and devices. They deal with phone system installation, and maintenance of all telephony equipment and end points. Also provide billing reports and analysis as required. Job Description:Education:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study from an accredited university or equivalent years of related work experience required.
Work Experiences:
- Must have a minimum of 7 years' experience managing the activities of multiple concurrent Telecom projects including:
- Extensive VoIP and TDM technical experience
- SIP implementation and support
- Large project management experience
- Telecom/Vendor carrier management
- ACD and Voice Mail experience
- Cisco Call Manager expertise
- Vendor Management
- Previous experience with Siemens and Cisco equipment preferred
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid Network fundamentals skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional analytical skills, with problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills
- Solid ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Project management of telephone system installations
- Coordinates installation of all telco services
- Works with Telco Providers as necessary for circuit orders and problem reporting and resolution
- Maintains telephony applications
- Maintains training material for all Telephony installations
- Performs Directory audits as required
- Revises phone system configurations as needed
- Evaluates problems with telephones if needed
- Implements new Telephony equipment/technology Evaluations
- Adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Assists Team in the selection of critical telecom projects for business need
- Maintains, coordinates, scheduled and installs all Corporate and Store phone systems
- Performs logical, methodical trouble shooting of phone systems as required
- Schedules and implements all require phone system patches as required
- Prepares and maintains all project documentation
- Maintains and communicates project status reports, milestones and completeness
- Facilitates all project related team meetings
- Works with all business units as required when implementing telephony solutions
- Manages post-implementation project evaluations and documentation

- Provides Telecom usage/trending reports as requested
