Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our Integrated Community Supports (ICS) services in the Twin Cities metro area. This role is vital in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents while empowering Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) with the training and confidence they need to deliver high-quality care.
Position Details:

What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current Minnesota licensure
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to train and support unlicensed staff
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to effectively manage time and shift priorities
