• Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and carry out endodontic services and treatment plans
• Collaborate with General Dentists on referral cases, as well as all other clinical and non-clinical personnel as necessary
• Counsel patients on dental problems, use of medications, expected effects of treatment, diet, and other health maintenance matters
• Improve your clinical skills and acumen through participation in continuing education and training opportunities
• Collaborate with the dental marketing team on networking and relationship-building activities (i.e., Lunch & Learns, speaking engagements, events, etc.). 

• Modern state-of-the art practice with the latest in dental technology such as the Surgical Microscope, 3D CBCT Imaging, Digital Radiography, Fotona Laser, Thor Laser, Gentle Wave, Ozone, and the Dentalvibe.
• Patient-centric practice with a dedicated top-rated dental team 
• Competitive and tremendous annual earning potential ranges between $400K to $700K+
• Strong built-in patient referral system and business support teams. You focus on providing exceptional patient care and comfort, we take care of the rest.
• Endo graduates, we provide mentorship and guidance, including help with treatment planning and mentor doctor assisting during difficult root canal and surgical procedures if requested.

• DDS or DMD degree, licensed in the state (Florida) or have the ability to obtain licensure upon graduation
• Completion of an endodontic residency program
