ADMINISTRATION & SUPPORT COORDINATOR 2
THE ROLE:
The Admin & support coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all administrative duties that pertain to supporting the business division including director level support. This level of support includes, but is not limited to, project management, calendar and meeting management, travel, goods & services purchasing, report preparation, and expense reporting.

The ideal candidate would be someone with a welcoming approach, displaying professionalism, exhibits outstanding communication skills, and is a collaborative standout colleague.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- End to end completion of all administration tasks and compliance to local legislation and practices
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage relationships with all local providers for Travel, office supplies, equipment, etc.
- Support and assist local Site Leader in their activities and responsibilities
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) and all visitors.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Support budgeting process
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Advanced skills and experience with MS Office Applications
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work with all levels of management
- Ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-service orientation and approachable style
- Attention to detail and quality of all out-going materials and correspondence
- High level of initiative and organization
- Offer back-up support to other
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Undergraduate degree is a plus
