Role Summary:
The BMS Vertical Teams Site Lead champions operational excellence in transactional data processes and leads a globally distributed team. This role ensures data accuracy and quality across all partner engagements, drives collaboration between internal departments and external stakeholders, and continuously improves data workflows to support strategic goals and customer success. The position offers significant growth potential through exposure to multiple teams across the BMO organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate a Partner Data Management Team, ensuring clear communication, effective task assignment, and timely delivery. Support team members in daily operations and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
  • BMS Vertical Team Support: Act as the senior point of contact for all local BMS employees across verticals. Provide onboarding support, resolve critical escalations, and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, Sales, IT, Operations, Compliance, to align Partner data strategies with business goals. Contribute to new key initiatives, such as implementing AI capabilities, and ensuring smooth integration of data processes.
  • External Partner Engagement: Serve as a primary contact for external partners on POS data-related matters. Build strong relationships, understand partner needs, and ensure data solutions meet quality and compliance standards.
  • POS Data Stewardship: Review and reconcile POS data submissions from partners. Identify and resolve discrepancies and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Partner Program Execution: Oversee operational aspects of partner incentives, deal registrations, and rebate validations. Monitor submissions and ensure compliance with program rules and POS data accuracy.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain KPIs to improve AMD Partners' POS submission process and data reconciliation, shifting from a reactive approach to a more proactive one. The goal is to provide a seamless experience when working with AMD.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain SOPs and process maps for transactional workflows. Identify areas for automation and efficiency improvements. Serve as the key contact for SOX audit requirements related to POS data.
  • Vendor Management: Lead vendor engagements and contract negotiations for platforms and services supporting Partner Data Management activities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data operations or team leadership roles, preferably in a global or cross-functional environment.
  • Experience with PRM and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce PRM, Impartner).
  • Strong Excel and data validation skills; experience with dashboards or reporting tools is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
