The Role: We are part of the global Business Management organization responsible for business partnering with the Component Sales team. Our role is to be the go-to for Sales in all aspects of data analysis, reporting and process improvements. We are building a team to support Sales locally (EMEA) and improve processes and create tools in alignment with the worldwide regional and HQ teams. Responsibilities:
- Weekly attainment with Sales and Finance
- Assist in Forecast creation by Sales and loading in SFDC
- Assist in target setting for Sales (Sales Incentives/rebates)
- Support Sales reviews and QBRs
- Assist and align for tool and report creation and maintenance
- Plan and support process improvements locally in alignment with the worldwide Business Management and Sales teams
- Partner with cross-functional teams
- Ad-hoc reports and analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for reporting and analysis (Excel, PBI, etc.).
