THE ROLE: 

We are looking for a Radeon AI Sales Account Manager to be part of the Radeon AI sales team. This role is customer-facing and will be responsible for growing AMD China's Radeon AI business in China. You will be responsible for driving the sell-out of AMD Radeon AI products and compute power based on Radeon AI with Radeon AI cloud business customers by evangelizing AMD technology, building sales programs, enabling ISVs through training, and managing executive relationships. You will also be responsible for seeking, developing, and helping implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity through a series of analysis reports.

 

THE PERSON: 

A sales manager with a passion to build lasting relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders.  A person who can achieve and surpass sales targets and other targets assigned by the management team.  

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Execute the China Radeon AI strategy
  • Grow Radeon AI sales and market share
  • Understand the customer's business goals and requirements; foster relationships and manage customer expectations to mutually aligned business goals with AMD 
  • To develop key accounts short-term and long-term strategy and action plan
  • Create and implement sales and marketing programs to grow AMD's business 
  • Responsible for key account's AMD Radeon AI volume and SOW breakthrough and growth
  • Develop and keep close relationship with key account's IT, procurement, and various business divisions 
  • Achieve assigned quota for AMD products 
  • Be a strong advocate for the customer internally to AMD, reporting and resolving customer issues 
  • Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales, finance, security, compliance) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams
  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
  • Conducting research and analysis of business processes.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related discipline
