THE ROLE:

GPU Operations Sr. Business Systems Analyst

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a highly motivated data analyst who has experience in programming, data analysis, and data visualization. You will play a vital role in our engineering operations data analytics team and will drive and support the planning and execution of projects and initiatives, including researching new technologies and providing recommendations for improvement.  The ideal candidate is an independent individual who has a positive attitude, is self-motivated, and possess the ability to work well within a team environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support day-to-day engineering operations data analytics and reporting initiatives
• Develop visually compelling reports and dashboards to deliver clear and concise data analysis
• Create executive data extracts for communications across a broad audience 

• Plan and execute projects and initiatives as and when required, driving communication and team meetings

• Lead streamlined data reporting & process improvement initiatives to streamline automation & ease adoption
• Create and maintain operations database systems, reports, and automation processes

• Work in a fast-paced team, collaborating with multiple stakeholders

• Conduct research on new technologies and provide recommendations for improvement
• UI design coding, create usable objects for web pages, and implement interactive database functionalities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Extensive hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases, no SQL databases like Mongo DB, data visualization, and reporting
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI
• Proven experience supporting business intelligence tools, including Visual Studio and Git
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Etc.) and Excel Power Query/DAX/MDX
• Strong scripting skills in programming languages like Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, also Node.js / Django a plus
• Knowledge of predictive analytics, data warehouse concepts and ETL / KNIME
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of business analysis concepts and methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
