THE ROLE: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to provide essential support to our sales team. This role will focus on data analysis, operational support, process improvement, and customer service. The ideal candidate will assist with the sales process, manage administrative tasks, create and maintain sales reporting tools, and help streamline operations. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver top-tier service to both customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate across departments, gather and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure that customer needs are met effectively
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, ensuring the sales team operates smoothly and effectively
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Analysis and Reporting:
· Administrative and logistical support to the sales team, managing tasks like order processing, customer inquiries, and data tracking, · Maintain existent or creating new reporting tools or sales dashboards · Collect, analyze, forecast data to identify trends, patterns, changes, and opportunities for improvement. · Entering and updating data such as sales forecast in sales databases. · Generating reports on sales performance and other key metricsOperational Support:
- Assist with the sales process, including managing customer inquiries, and coordinating with other departments.
Process Improvement:
· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve communication. Customer Service: · Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. · Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders such as finance, customer operations · Help teams to manage internal escalations. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: · Proven work experience in a semiconductor or related field · Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power Query. · Excel · Power Point · Data modeling preferable LOCATION:Austin, TX
