THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our team to be responsible for business operations and strategy for HP Account within the AMD Sales Organization. This person will lead a small team responsible for driving efficiencies in the sales operations function, optimizing financial forecasting, and ensuring the successful contract execution of strategic initiatives

- Ability to work closely with Sales Leadership to align financial objectives with the sales strategy and goals
- Able to act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless processes and effective communication
- Outstanding interpersonal skills - able to communicate both externally/internally with all levels of the organization
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to lead a small team (one Analyst and one Sales Ops Manager)
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Lead the financial planning process within the HP Account including forecasting, budgeting, and trend analysis
- Develop and maintain sales financial models, ensuring accurate mix, revenue, margin assumptions in alignment with customer mix and company goals (Annual Operating Plan)
- Provide actionable insights into sales performance, highlighting key areas of opportunity and risk
- Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve overall financial health and efficiency in sales operations
Contract Execution & Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end process of contract execution, ensuring all agreements are in compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and financial goals
- Partner with BU, Legal, Finance, and Regional Sales teams to ensure timely and accurate contract generation and approvals
- Monitor the lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation through post-signature, ensuring the smooth transition of contracts to implementation
- Maintain a centralized database of contracts, ensuring proper tracking and reporting for internal stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to contract processes and systems
Skills: · Strong financial acumen with experience in platform level forecasting and financial modeling · Expertise in contract negotiation, execution, and management · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills · Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing teams · Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, database building experience in PowerBI is preferred, PowerPoint, etc ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
