The Role : 

We are seeking a proactive and driven MSP Coordinator (Lead) based in India to play a pivotal role in managing our Managed Service Provider (MSP) program. As a part of AMD award winning HR Talent Acquisition Team; this leader will champion Contractor Management Program (CMP) operational excellence, compliance, and top-tier service delivery through seamless collaboration with internal teams and MSP and VMS partners. Ideal candidates will streamline workforce processes, lead quality assurance efforts, and drive strategic improvements.

 

Key Responsibilities

Operational Coordination & Scheduling

  • Oversee day-to-day MSP partner coordination, including contractor onboarding, scheduling, and task assignments.
  • Prioritize and resolve technical or operational roadblocks to meet predefined schedules, SLAs and KPIs.
  • Monitor MSP workflows in real time—like ticket queue management roles in MSP operations.
  • Supporting and partnering with AMD stakeholders e.g. Engagement Managers, Operations teams and HRBP's.
  • Being a trusted advisor to AMD stakeholders and building a culture of Talent Advisory within the CMP.

SLA & Performance Monitoring

  • Work with MSP partners and report on SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics via regular reporting
  • Conduct audits within the Vendor Management System (VMS) to ensure compliance with AMD and program requirements.

Quality Assurance & Coaching

  • Implement QA processes to assess MSP deliverables and provide targeted feedback and coaching.
  • Maintain and update process documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with current practices.

Communication & Escalations

  • Act as the first escalation point—identifying root causes and recommending effective solutions.
  • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, facilitating collaboration across users, partners, and internal teams.

Process Improvement & Strategic Oversight

  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and introduce process enhancements.
  • Support strategic initiatives to scale and improve the MSP program's reach, efficiency, and quality.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of requisition activity, candidate disposition, and onboarding processes.
  • Assist leadership with timely and insightful reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in MSP coordination or relevant staffing/workforce management environments.
    • Hands-on experience in rate card analysis, cost modeling, and vendor negotiations.
    • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience with the oversight and management of at least one direct report.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with VMS platforms (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass), and reporting tools like Excel or Power BI.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyze operational and performance data.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication—confidently liaise across multi‑level stakeholders.
  • Adaptability & Multitasking: Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer Orientation: Highly customer‑focused, with proven service delivery skills.
  • Self‑Starter: Capable of independent work, with initiative and a proactive mindset.
