About the Role
We're looking for a technically strong and collaborative professional to join our team, with a focus on driving operational efficiency while contributing to the strategic vision of our products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys working across time zones and disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency through strong collaboration and communication, rather than rigid process enforcement.
• Contribute to product vision and strategy by understanding market needs and translating them into actionable plans.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals.
• Navigate ambiguity with confidence, helping shape structure where needed without losing agility.

What We're Looking For

• Strong technical depth and ability to engage meaningfully with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on enabling teams rather than controlling them.
• A proactive mindset and comfort working in environments where processes are evolving and not always clearly defined.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and adapt to changing priorities.
• Must be based in Finland or Sweden, with occasional in-person collaboration at the office. The role is otherwise highly flexible and remote-friendly.
