THE ROLE:
The Quality Returns Debug Team is looking for an experienced Program Manager who will oversee the operational and strategic execution of failure analysis (FA) activities for returned GPU boards. This role ensures timely prioritization, FA data integrity, accurate documentation, and readiness of FA processes for new products, while serving as a key liaison with Contract Manufacturers and internal quality and engineering teams to maintain alignment and throughput efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and manage FA prioritization protocols based on business impact, customer urgency, and engineering input.
- Track FA case progress, follow up with engineers, and escalate delays or blockers to senior management.
- Review customer-reported failure data and collaborate with engineering teams to correlate findings and identify systemic issues.
- Own and maintain internal FA data repositories, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and traceability.
- Develop and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and reporting templates, support dashboard creation and updates.
- Lead transition from manual tracking (Excel) to automated systems (e.g., JIRA, MYFA, FIFA).
- Ensure FA readiness for new products, including hardware, software tools, and engineer training.
- Coordinate with PLQ, NPI, and sustaining teams to align FA processes with product launch milestones.
- Serve as primary liaison with Contract Manufacturers for RMA FA activities, ensuring alignment and performance.
- Monitor CM FA execution, provide feedback, and drive continuous process improvements.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, quality, or program management, with exposure to FA and RMA activities in hardware or semiconductor environments.
- Strong understanding of PCB assembly, failure analysis workflows, and GPU or high-performance electronics.
- Proficient with data tracking and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, JIRA) and FA documentation.
- Skilled in data analysis and experienced with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Agile).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in RMA operations for complex electronics and managing outsourced FA at Contract Manufacturers.
- Familiarity with FA tools, techniques, and industry standards (e.g., IPC-A-610).
- Experience with GPU data center infrastructure and AI/ML technologies is a plus.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Program Management, or related technical discipline.
