THE ROLE:

We are seeking a high-impact, globally minded Channel Sales Leader to accelerate AMD's OEM and channel growth within our HPE Global Account Management (GAM) team. In this role, you will shape and execute AMD's global channel sales strategy for HPE, expanding our footprint across AMER, EMEA, and APJ while building strong, trust-based relationships with HPE and its extended partner ecosystem.

You will serve as a critical connection point across AMD, HPE, and the global channel—driving alignment between roadmaps, enabling sell-in and sell-through success, influencing joint priorities, and delivering measurable growth. This is a highly visible role with significant opportunity to impact AMD's commercial and datacenter trajectory.

THE PERSON:

Does this sound like you? We'd love to talk.

You are a strategic, relationship-driven channel leader with deep OEM expertise, strong business instincts, and the ability to influence at all levels of both AMD and HPE. You thrive in fast-moving environments, bring structure to complexity, and know how to activate global partners to deliver impact.

You bring

  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder influence skills
  • Strong rapport-building ability across OEM, channel, and internal cross-functional teams
  • Proven success navigating complex organizations like HPE (Category, WW Channel, Procurement, Product, & Sales)
  • A highly collaborative, structured, and adaptable approach
  • Willingness to travel to engage partners across regions (AMER/EMEA/APJ)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and execute AMD's global channel strategy for HPE, aligning with Sales, OEM, BU, and regional teams
  • Lead the end-to-end partner relationship lifecycle — executive alignment, sales activation, operations, and ongoing performance management
  • Drive co-selling and sell-through motions, identifying opportunities that increase AMD content across HPE's server and compute portfolio.
  • Partner with HPE WW Category, Channel, and OEM stakeholders to influence roadmap priorities and co-develop GTM motions
  • Conduct deep customer and channel needs assessments, mapping requirements to AMD's CPU/GPU/platform value proposition
  • Negotiate and close complex OEM/channel engagements, ensuring mutual value, portfolio expansion, and long-term alignment
  • Deliver compelling AMD value narratives to HPE and its partner ecosystem across commercial, consumer, and enterprise routes to market
  • Monitor global market dynamics and competitive trends; recommend actions that accelerate AMD revenue, mix, and share
  • Collaborate with BUs, Operations, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver seamless global support and scalable channel programs
  •  Analyze HPE and channel performance to surface insights, shape strategy, and drive continuous improvement

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven success driving OEM or channel sales within the semiconductor, compute, PC, or enterprise HW ecosystem
  • Deep knowledge of HPE organizational structures, OEM engagement models, and global channel motion
  • Experience influencing global partners, distributors, VARs, and systems integrators
  • Demonstrated ability to build joint GTM programs, business cases, and scalable channel frameworks
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen — pricing, deal structure, forecasting, and ROI modeling
  • Leadership experience guiding cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field required; MSEE, MBA, or advanced degree preferred.
