KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and Develop AI & Automation Solutions: Build and implement software solutions leveraging AI technologies and automation tools to streamline finance processes.
• RPA Development: Create and maintain robotic process automation workflows using UiPath to optimize repetitive tasks.
• AI Integration: Utilize Co-Pilot Studio, LLM Gateway (Python), and other AI frameworks to develop intelligent solutions for finance operations.
• End-to-End Software Development: Perform full DevOps lifecycle activities including:
• Requirements gathering and analysis with finance stakeholders.
• Solution architecture and design.
• Coding, testing, and deployment of applications.
• Continuous monitoring and maintenance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with finance teams to understand pain points and deliver impactful automation.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure proper documentation of solutions and adherence to security and compliance standards.
• Innovation: Stay updated on emerging AI and automation technologies to propose enhancements and new capabilities.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with UiPath or similar RPA platforms.
  • Familiarity with Co-Pilot Studio, LLM integration, and API development.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience: 2–5 years in software development, preferably in AI and automation projects.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of finance processes and workflows is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
