THE ROLE:

 

AMD Seller Success is a global program designed to put sellers first by listening to their feedback, advocating for their needs, and delivering tools and processes that allow them to spend more time selling. The initiative focuses on removing friction, improving operational efficiency, and enabling sellers to achieve better outcomes through streamlined processes and innovative solutions.

 

As a Senior Analyst in AMD's Seller Success Organization, you will be key driving initiatives to improve seller productivity and experience. This role requires strong functional skills, business acumen, and the ability to lead projects within a specialized scope while collaborating across global teams.

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills and demonstrated success in building strong technical relationships (internal: Sales, Marketing, Engineering and external: OEM)
  • Attention to detail combined with outstanding planning and organizational skills

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver insights.
    • Represent Seller Success in internal forums and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Process Mapping
    • Work with the Seller Success team on effective processes to manage the program.
    • Work cross functionally on process improvements to aid in Seller productivity gains.
  • Project Leadership:
    • Lead projects within specialized scope, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
    • Drive discussions and demonstrate business acumen around assigned projects.
  • Data Analysis & Insights:
      • Evaluate complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
      • Develop dashboards, reports, and models to support decision-making.
      • Build and maintain SharePoint for Seller Success.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with sales operations or business analytics in a technology environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal instruction on day-to-day tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; capable of evaluating complex data and selecting appropriate methods for solutions.
  • Functional analytical skills (SQL, Excel, Power BI or similar tools).
