Job Role and Responsibility: AMD, Inc., is hiring Sr. HRIS Analysts to Analyze business and other data processing, integration, and storing problems and needs to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems and/or system administration issues. Provide functional support for a variety of project and enhancement requests related to SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP HCM, 3rd Party interfaces, and internal custom applications. Monitor integration and trouble-shoot failures. Serve as the liaison between the Business Users and IT Team, to provide SAP HCM subject matter expertise to clarify requirements and system functionality. Serves as key advisor within SuccessFactors Employee Central and participates in projects and enhancements. Provides SuccessFactors Employee Central support and performs system administration functions, including Role Based Permissions, Reporting, Position Management, Configuring Business Rules, Configuring Foundation Objects and Workflows, Configuration of Employee Central Time Off. Develop system solutions and processes to manage data entry, integration, and processes. Responsible for the end-to-end execution of project and enhancement of life cycle. Ensure successful rollout and ongoing support of projects and enhancements. Troubleshoot program, application, and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning. Work independently to execute deliverables in a high volume, high-paced environment.

Qualifications: Degree required

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer and Information Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.

Qualifications: Amount and type of experience required: Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or closely related systems engineering, or IT analyst or consultant role.

Alternate combination of education and experience: Employer will accept alternate combination of education and experience: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer and Information Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or closely related systems engineering, or IT analyst or consultant role.

Specific skills required: The following skills are required:

Position requires one (1) year of experience with the following technologies and/or skills:

  1. Developing and enhancing Employee Central platforms and providing system and/or process optimizations for HR activities;
  2. Implementing design, building, and integrating new features and optimizations into the tool suite;
  3. Debugging and resolving issues, analyzing problem reports, investigating the root causes, and implementing fixes to ensure the tools function;
  4. Working with SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP HCM functionality, Success Factors Time Management and Compensation;
  5. Designing and configuring applications in SAP SuccessFactors to meet business requirements;
  6. Using automation logic for role-based permission setup; and
  7. Analyzing, interpreting, and preparing HR systems technical and procedural documentation.
