THE ROLE:          

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise AI Product Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market (GTM) strategies focused on Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs). In this role, you will drive the product and marketing initiatives for our AI hardware and software portfolio, creating impactful strategies that resonate with partners and customers alike. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and engineering to ensure alignment and maximize market penetration of our AI solutions.

 

 

THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate is constantly learning new things and thrives in dynamic environments – no two days are alike and you can jump from studying the latest AI model architectures to creating and delivering an impactful sales pitch to meeting with new startups and brainstorming collaboration opportunities. You are interested in how AI works in the real world, ideally with a technical background but experienced in working across the lifecycle, working with business and product teams to make technical solutions successful in the market.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner Engagement:
    • Work with leading enterprise software companies, global system integrators, and emerging AMD venture portfolio companies to deliver compelling solutions that drive joint business outcomes
    • Assess and prioritize partner engagements, focusing on high-impact collaborations that can drive significant market growth.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with ISV and GSI partners, understanding their needs and aligning our product offerings to drive mutual success.
    • Drive executive level engagement across both companies, including driving EBRs/QBRs and joint strategic initatives.
    • Develop frameworks and best practices for scaling successful partner interactions and initiatives across the organization.

  • GTM Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with partners to drive alignment on joint solutions that leverage our AI technology, creating compelling value propositions that address market needs.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies specifically tailored for ISVs and GSIs, ensuring alignment with overall product and corporate marketing objectives.
    • Identify market opportunities, competitive positioning, and value propositions for AI products aimed at partner ecosystems.

  • Drive Joint Sales and Marketing:
    • Create compelling sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, datasheets, webinars, and demo scripts that effectively communicate the value of AI products to ISVs and GSIs.
    • Work closely with partners to implement joint sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively market and sell our AI products.
    • Design and deliver training programs for internal sales teams and partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively sell our AI solutions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape within the AI ecosystem.
    • Gather insights from partners and customers to inform product development, marketing strategies, and positioning.
    • Work closely with product management to ensure alignment on product features, roadmap, and competitive positioning.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts, providing tools and materials that align with the sales process.



PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Several years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on hardware or software products, AI technologies, and partner ecosystems.
  • Proven experience working across partner ecosystems, building strategies that foster successful partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective marketing strategies.


ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
