JOB DETAILS:
- Location: Santa Clara, CA
- Onsite/Hybrid: This role requires the student to work full time the co-op/intern term.
- Duration: Summer 2025
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both marketing and program management within a real-world business setting, contributing to the growth of AMD's server business. The intern will work closely with marketing and program management teams, supporting various initiatives and projects.
Responsibilities:
Marketing and Program Managment:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and event marketing.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Support the management of social media channels and online communities.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of webinars, conferences, and other events.
- Support program managers in planning, executing, and tracking projects.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Coordinate communication among project stakeholders.
- Track project milestones and identify potential risks and issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
- Participate in project meetings and provide support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing and program management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, social media management) is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Strong interest in the technology industry and server solutions.
At AMD, your base pay is one part of your total rewards package. Your base pay will depend on where your skills, qualifications, experience, and location fit into the hiring range for the position. You may be eligible for incentives based upon your role such as either an annual bonus or sales incentive.
