JOB DETAILS:
- Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
- Onsite/Hybrid: This role requires the student to work full time 37.5 hrs a week, either in a hybrid or onsite work structure throughout the duration of the co-op/intern term.
- Duration: 8 -months, January 06, 2025 - August 28, 2025
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
The DCGPU Customer Systems Design validation team is responsible for validating GPU & board level products within customer systems. This involves an understanding of system level software, hardware and firmware principles along with extensive deployment of test automation tools. You will work on implementation of test execution automation tools, system level test enablement or system level test execution. You will learn system validation concepts by participating in system validation test activities as well as script and automation tool development in Python/shell and Linux OS.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Currently enrolled in a Canada based university into a Bachelor's degree program majoring in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Programming/scripting skills (e.g. C/C++, Perl, Ruby, Python, Groovy, Java)
- Familiarity with Linux OS development and drivers
- Experience preferred with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity
- Course background or working experience in computer system architecture and computer hardware
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and pronounced attention to details
