To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Technical Engineer - Modular located in Blackburn, England.

Technical Engineer – Modular

• To view and approve drawings including assisting with the design / development and submittals of technical aspects of specifications;
• To help provide technical direction in product design and to facilitate project execution;
• Proactive risk identification and recognise system deficiencies and implement effective technical solutions;
• To help create and execute modular solution work plans/ schedules alongside the projects team and project engineers and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements;
• To assist with the coordination of modular projects as required;
• To assist with all technical aspects of modular projects as required;
• To assist with strategic development of the technology and design of modular solutions;
• To assist and plan the Testing of power pods with the Commissioning Manager to and ensure the quality control of the final products;
• Minimising exposure and risk throughout the project;
• To report to the Technical Manager – Modular Solutions;

• The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and conscientious with a high standard of attention to detail. They must be able to work accurately to deadlines in a busy and pressurised environment and demonstrate flexibility;
• Preferably an engineer, with proven knowledge and experience in LV Switchgear and Modular Solutions;
• Data Centre experience is desirable;
• Current and relevant ECS card;
• Eligible to work in UK.
