The Role
In this role, you will:

  • Develop hardware development project plans, schedule, cost, and risk management
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Provide technical leadership to design engineers and program teams
  • Develop Basis of Estimates (BOE), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and resource requirements matrices
  • Develop and manage various program status reports and briefings to internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide technical support to contracts with vendors and suppliers
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project lifecycle

  • Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

    Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship or Permanent Resident status.


Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Required Skills and Education

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree
  • Must have 2+ years of engineering project management experience
  • Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering background
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
  • Experience executing projects through the full development lifecycle
  • US Citizen
  • Must be capable of obtaining a U.S. DoD Secret security clearance


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Preferred Skills and Education

  • Candidates with Bachelor's in Engineering
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Past experience as an Integrated Project Team (IPT) lead


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $83900 - $142600

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
