BAE Systems is offering an exciting opportunity to support an important and dynamic Department of Justice customer as a Project Management/Financial Analyst supporting a highly capable and diverse team driving technical innovation. The position provides logistics and acquisition support to a federal law enforcement customer.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Experience, Skill, and Education:
(U) Minimum Education: (U) Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree or Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Degree in project/financial management or related field (with five (5) years of experience in budget and financial management highly preferred) or in lieu of education, seven (7) years of related experience.

The successful candidate should independently be able to:

1. 1. 1. Support the Government Program Manager with budget execution duties, develop responses to budget actions and inquiries, assist with the development and documentation of program spend plans, preparation of purchase requests, monitor the program(s) annual budget, and track/report program expenditures, using spreadsheets and Government's Financial Accounting Management Systems;
2. 1. 1. Coordinate equipment and material requests supporting program projects/tasks; Ensure appropriate forms, market research, and policy guidelines are followed;
      2. Reconcile invoices and provide to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to review for signature and approval;
3. 1. 1. Perform program related project duties; update project schedules, maintain Project Database, and track/report receipt of equipment purchases; and
      2. Assist in the preparation of the Monthly Status Report (MSR) and other required reports based on input from the PM. Prepare budget data responses for Government Manager Submission to Customer Headquarters and management, as required.
      3. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Federal Law Enforcement financial management systems (e.g., Unified Financial Management System (UFMS) and Financial Reporting Application (FRA)) is highly preferred;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting digital forensics networks or related technologies for law enforcement or intelligence community customers is a plus

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $96470 - $164010

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
