Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute Baptist Health Heart & Vascular is the largest and most comprehensive cardiovascular facility in South Florida. This multidisciplinary institute includes the full spectrum of clinical and interventional cardiology, vascular surgery and interventional radiology, anesthesiology, and a cardiothoracic surgery program.

Baptist Health South Florida has an outstanding opportunity for a Coronary Interventionalist to join our large and growing cardiology division. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow and lead in a dynamic and supportive environment. We are a well-established and rapidly growing multidisciplinary group of over 40 cardiologists and 36 advanced practitioners. Subspecialty services within the group include structural and interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiac imaging, advanced heart failure, vascular medicine, cardio-oncology, and lipidology, among others. The group is primarily based at Baptist Hospital, with several offices for ambulatory services.
Ideal candidates must be U.S. licensed physicians, and board certified/board eligible in cardiovascular diseases and interventional cardiology. The ideal candidate will have three or more years post-fellowship experience who demonstrates technical excellence, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, and able to quickly adapt once credentialed. Must be proficient in intracoronary imaging, intravascular lithotripsy, rotational atherectomy, and complex percutaneous coronary intervention. Be a collaborative team player with a strong ability to work within a multidisciplinary team. Candidates with a proven track record in outreach & capability to grow the referral base as well as prior Cath Lab leadership experience will be given priority.
Candidates must be able to provide references focusing on quality, excellent patient centered-care, bedside manner and professional demeanor, and collaboration in multidisciplinary team environment.
