We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join a dynamic Scrum team working on complex, distributed software systems. In this role, you will contribute to both automation development and manual testing efforts, while working in a team of highly skilled engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute both automated (Python) and manual tests to ensure product quality
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and contribute to continuous quality improvements
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable feedback
- Maintain and improve test frameworks and tools to support scalable testing
- Advocate for quality best practices across the development lifecycle
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in both automation development (Python / Java / similar) and manual testing
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Robot Framework or Selenium
- Familiarity with REST APIs and tools like Postman
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, DevOps)
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, with ability to design and execute detailed test cases
- Experience with exploratory and regression testing
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to take ownership and drive processes forward with assertiveness and can-do attitude
- Curious, strong analytical, self-motivated and eager to continuously learn and grow
Nice to have:
- Experience testing complex enterprise products
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
