Job Overview

As a Senior Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist at Bob's Discount Furniture, you'll bring energy, service, and leadership to our showroom floor. You'll guide customers through a personalized shopping journey that reflects The Bob's Way—honesty, integrity, and a customer-first mindset—while leveraging tools and product knowledge to meet their home furnishing needs. In this service-forward role, you'll also support team development, safety protocols, and daily store operations.

This position is based in-store and requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to engage and serve customers in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment

  • Track record of achieving personal or team goals

  • Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob's

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. with or without assistance

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods

  • Must be mobile throughout the showroom and able to perform in-store tasks as needed
