Job Summary:
Brink's is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager – C-Store Franchise Partner Specialist to join the North American Digital Retail Solutions (DRS) team. The C-Store Partner Specialist is responsible for driving revenue and P&L growth through the development of strategic relationships with convenient store brands across the U.S. & Canada to support the overall company franchise initiative. This position is responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and executing franchise agreements with large C-Store franchisors. You will be responsible for driving and achieving sales objectives consistent with Brink's North American franchise growth strategy through the strategic management & execution of the overall program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives at large convenient store enterprises.
- Own the strategy and results for generating penetration within the convenient store vertical.
- Build and execute a strategic GTM strategy for driving results within the c-store retail sector through the development of market analysis, segmentation, & overall strategy deployment.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop marketing materials, pricing strategies, and incentive structures to help facilitate and manage the strategy.
- Develop process-driven sales management procedures (SMPs) and best practices for the daily tracking & inspection of program/strategy results.
- Drive the creation of new revenue through the onboarding of new C-Store franchise partners
- Establish Brink's as the go-to cash management solution for C-Store franchisees across North America.
- Provide day-to-day management, oversight, and training to internal & external sales teams to drive results.
- Conduct market analysis, communicate market trends, and influence sales teams to deliver market share & profitability goals.
- Develop & implement strategic growth plans and forecasts to achieve revenue targets and support the overall Brink's U.S. franchise program objectives.
- Lead & attend in-person client meetings.
- Identify, develop, & lead key training sessions with internal & external stakeholders.
- Develop & maintain a comprehensive understanding of Brink's Digital Solutions and product offerings.
- Perform other duties as assigned or necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of over-achievement.
- Minimum 3+ years experience selling digital solutions into the retail sector.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or other advanced degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration/Management.
- Prior experience working with and selling to large C-Store Franchisors
- Prior experience in franchise-related sales field.
- Ability and willingness to travel for in-person client meetings, trainings, or strategic planning sessions.
