Job Summary:
Brink's is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager – POS Partner Specialist to join the North American Digital Retail Solutions (DRS) team. The POS Partner Specialist is responsible for driving strategic results and revenue growth through the development of a comprehensive channel partner strategy. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships & alliances with POS system providers to assist with penetration in the retail sector. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities by prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals with POS partners. You will also be responsible for working cross-functionally with the relevant teams & stakeholders to manage the execution of the strategy and meet + exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic GTM plan for the POS partner initiative through the development of market analysis, portfolio segmentation, & overall strategy deployment.
  • Develop supporting assets including marketing materials, revenue-share models, and pricing schematics to help support the strategy.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with C-level executives at point-of-sale partner companies.
  • Drive the generation of new revenue through prospective POS partners.
  • Identify, develop, & lead key training sessions with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure accurate management, execution, & reporting of all KPIs and program results.
  • Develop & maintain a comprehensive understanding of Brink's Digital Solutions and product offerings.
  • Plan, host, & run in-person solutions studio demos & key partner meetings.
  • Establish Brinks as the go-to channel partner for all North American based POS providers.
  • Provide day-to-day management, oversight, and training to internal & external sales teams to drive results.
  • Conduct market analysis, communicate market trends, and influence sales teams to deliver market share & profitability goals.
  • Develop & implement strategic growth plans and forecasts to achieve revenue targets and support the overall Brink's U.S. financial objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years experience managing partner relationships with a proven track record of over-achievement.
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience selling digital solutions into the retail sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or other advanced degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration/Management.
  • Prior experience working with C-level contacts at large POS organizations.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for in-person client/partner meetings, trainings, or strategic planning sessions
