Job Description
Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Productivity: Utilize AI and advanced analytics to enhance the productivity of our sales team.
CRM Hygiene: Partner with the sales team to ensure Salesforce (CRM) data is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively managed.
Sales Forecasting: Leverage insights to improve the accuracy of sales forecasts, providing actionable recommendations to the sales leadership.
Incentive Compensation: Forecast and analyze sales incentive compensation, ensuring alignment with business goals and providing insights to optimize incentive plans.
Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the sales process.
Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and provide visibility into sales performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales analytics, productivity analysis, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) and data analysis tools preferred.
Experience with AI and machine learning applications in sales is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
