The Stepping Stones Group is looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Certified School Nurse for our part-time opening in Philadelphia, PA.  All services provided via teletherapy!  In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for providing direct and individualized nursing care, assisting students in managing chronic health conditions, and advocating for their overall well-being.  Your expertise will not only contribute to their immediate health needs but also foster a culture of wellness and health education among students and staff.  This role is perfect for someone passionate about making a significant impact on young lives through healthcare and education.
Job Requirements: 

• PA Nurse practitioner or RN with DOE CSN certificate
• ACCESS Billing Program or IEP experience

Task & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to students, tailored to their specific health needs
• Assist students with managing their chronic health conditions, ensuring they can fully participate in school activities
• Implement interventions and referrals to promote health and support educational success
• Advocate for the comprehensive well-being of students, addressing their physical, emotional, mental and social health needs
• Promote and lead health education initiatives for students and staff, contributing to a knowledgeable school community
• Provide expert oversight of school health services, enhancing the health and wellness culture within our school community
