CHI Memorial is seeking an Outpatient Geriatric Physician to join our team in Chattanooga, TN!
Who: CHI Memorial Medical Group
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Call: 1 in 6 outpatient telephone call only, 1 in 6 weeks remote calls, no hospital calls.
Procedures: The procedures are cognitive assessment with a blend of primary care, only individuals 55+. 2-4 memory consults per day, then PC.
Team: The resource team would consist of a LCSW
