Years of experience REQ: 2 years of RECENT experience – FLOATING DOES NOT COUNT – must be DEDICATED CVPICU.
First-timers accepted: YES.
Scheduling: Self Scheduled.
Weekend REQ: EOW.
Certs REQ: BLS, PALS.
Is on-call REQ? NO.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, will float to other critical care units as needed (NICU/PICU) – no age cut off.
Open to accommodating block schedule? No guarantee but will try.
Locals accepted: yes.
Pending License accepted: Yes – must show screenshot of license pending and provide the date the license application was submitted.
RTO Restrictions: 1 week – if a full week, must make up at the end of contract.
Guaranteed Hours: 36.
Special Requirements: Missed shifts are required to be made up.
If offered and accepted, must provide a photo upon contract signature.
Work Setting Required: Pediatric CVICU.

Parking Cost: Day/Night rotating must park offsite - $35/mo. Nights only may park onsite - $70/mo. Days: $50/month.
