The Opportunity

Works as part of a program to understand business requirements and connections between multiple internal groups and help evaluate, plan, research, write, and edit or revise risk and regulatory oriented policy and process documentation deliverables.

The Responsibilities

• May lead the work of other technical writers, or coordinate the deliverables produced by multiple writers.
• Adopt usage of recommended internal governance templates, ensuring proper linkages and connections across multiple other reference materials and document libraries/repositories.
• Ensure consistency and alignment with document formatting and hierarchies or various layers of process documentation.
• Frequent interactions with project and program managers, analysts, system and product specialists or subject matter experts.

The Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in English or technical communications-related discipline.
• Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines and processes.
• Can typically have from one (1) year experience to ten (10) years experience.
• Experience in writing and editing training materials and policy and procedure or end user documentation.
• Written communication; knowledge of technical communications methods and best practices; planning and organization; research; analysis and critical thinking; problem solving.
• Familiarity with Wealth & Trust operations within Financial Services or in a regulatory environment is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $67.11/hour - $71.94/hour
