CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for partnering with the Exactuals team on ensure customer success and data integrity.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Create and complete sales file import templates
- Import and track sales files for services clients
- Document and standardize our recurring processes
- Assist in running regular royalty processing to meet fixed client deadlines
- Communicate with clients daily to troubleshoot issues and assign help desk tickets for Customer Success team
- Monitor intern workflow and provide instruction on intern tasks
- Assist the Manager of Operations with ad hoc projects as needed
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications*
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service operations
- Minimum 3 years experience working in royalties within the music industry at a record label, publisher, music distributor, or business management firm
- A strong understanding of general Entertainment Residuals and Royalty terms and contractual information
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Advanced skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP's, pivot tables and macro creation
- Client focused mindset with ability to problem solve and follow through on issue resolution
- Good computer skills, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
- College degree preferred
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $53,955 - $86,177 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
