LEAD GENERATION ASSOCIATE

 

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Lead Generation Associate facilitates a marketing function to help fuel the company's growth. The role will generate leads through responding to inbound requests, performing outbound calls and emails, participating in marketing and sales driven campaigns, and routing opportunities to relationship managers when qualifications are met. The role will be outcome-driven and goal-oriented. The role plays a critical role in CNB's sales model and is key to our growth and ability to serve clients/prospects and leads with excellence.

 

What you will do

• Under direction of the lead generation manager, oversee and manage the internal referral program including lead qualification, distribution, follow up and tracking. Manage and maintain a pipeline of target prospects. Work leads from personal (B2C) and business (B2B) banking areas.
• Generate new leads to fuel CNB's growth. Identify and research prospects/leads within new/existing accounts.
• Leverage the CRM and be diligent about creating/managing all data and activities.
• Work with sales/marketing management to develop target lists, call strategies, and messaging. Participate in marketing and sales campaigns.
• Collect and share feedback on lead quality to support demand generation. Help the team continuously improve.

Must-Have*

• H.S. Diploma
• 1 year in financial services And
• 1 year in a customer service function And
• 1 year of experience working with Salesforce

Skills and Knowledge

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent outbound phone and email communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to adapt and learn within a highly regulated industry that requires adherence to training
• Client-oriented with a high level of professionalism
• A commanding desire to learn and succeed in sales
• Ability to take initiative. Self-starter
• Coachable
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly, retain large amounts of information, and adapt to a changing work environment
• Excel in a collaborative environment
• Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, including basic spreadsheet familiarity
• Banking experience or industry knowledge, including commercial baking, personal and business banking, and real estate banking preferred
• Ability to gather, compile, and evaluate information and data to identify sales opportunities and formulate conclusions and recommended actions

Compensation Starting base salary: $24.46 - $36.69 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
