MSR FINANCING MANAGER WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? This position will have primary responsibility for the development, implementation, strategy, and growth of Mortgage Finance Group's MSR Financing product in addition to promoting MFG's existing product offering. What you will do
- Lead strategy and growth initiatives for Mortgage Finance's MSR Financing product.
- Perform primary business development activities including client sourcing, pricing, negotiation, deal structuring, profitability, risk & relationship management.
- Call on existing and prospective clients to cross-sell all Bank products/services in order establish a total client banking relationship.
- Develop/expand CNB's MSR syndication and Agent capabilities.
- Participate in various strategic initiatives to improve Bank's asset reserve provisioning and capital allocation.
- Monitor portfolio for quality, risk and policy compliance in conjunction with Credit.
Must-Have*
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years Mortgage banking experience
- Minimum 10 years Warehouse Lending and/or MSR Financing experience
- Minimum 5 years Commercial banking experience

- Excellent knowledge of mortgage finance products.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sounds credit analysis and accounting skills.
