NEW ACCOUNT SERVICES SPECIALIST SENIOR

 

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

This position will work closely with various departments throughout the bank to assist and fulfill client offboarding requests for bank clients. Responsible to maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding all sensitive, confidential and proprietary bank information. Ensures operational integrity of deposit accounts and processes transactions according to bank policies and procedures while in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The offboarding team will manage all aspects of offboarding a client relationship iuncluding but not limited to: closing of client accounts, sending legal letters, inputting status codes, and purging of client records.

 

What you will do

  • Process client offboarding requests related to risk, legal, and other regulatory matters
  • Process account closures, update client record with proper codes, and purge client records
  • Ensures that all data input and proper documentation is obtained and processed with operational integrity in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensures that all accounts closed according to established bank policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations.
  • Keep accurate record of assignments, closures, status updates, progress, etc.
  • Develops and builds relationships within CNB to facilitate service issues and opportunities for customers and prospects.

Must-Have*

  • Minimum 4 years of new account experience
  • Minimum 4 years of customer service experience

Compensation

Starting base salary: $24.46 - $36.69 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
