SECONDARY MARKETING OPERATIONS LEADER
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Key strategic/tactical leaders supporting cross functional business segments within the Secondary Marketing/Capital Markets group of US Mortgage. Designs and supports development of key business practices that will enhance Front Office execution, Middle Office execution and Back Office support within the leadership team of Secondary Marketing/Capital Markets.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Daily/Weekly engagement with divisional leaders within Secondary/Capital Markets. Furthering supportive operational strategy that complements Middle Office governance/controls and processes.
  • Reporting and alignment of key strategies for execution daily, weekly, monthly and Fiscal Year…Specific to Secondary/Capital Markets w/I US Mortgage.
  • Develop strategies and planning for communication alignment, reporting, updates and report-out to key partners/divisions across US Mortgage.
  • Key leader involved with Operations/Fulfillment of US Mortgage in execution of strategy for daily/weekly/months goals.
  • Managing multiple deliverables that support development and growth of Secondary/Capital Markets group.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Required Qualifications*
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 15+ years in Financial Services. Preferably within a large regional or super-regional bank.
  • Ability to be both a sole contributor in a leadership role and with future ability to own/manage separate team.
Additional Qualifications
  • US Mortgage background within a Bank.
  • Leadership role involved in managing multiple strategies that are executed daily/weekly/monthly.
  • Key leader that can present to Sr. Leadership and to carry actionable deliverables forward.
  • Cross functional business leader that can align key narratives across a matrix organization.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $101,231 - $172,355 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
