GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Under the direction of the Program Administrator - HIV/AIDS, performs technical and administrative work in managing and implementing strategies of the national Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) Initiative. This classification leads the planning, coordination, and execution of the EHE Initiative at the local level. Work involves coordinating services with clinical and community-based partners, monitoring program effectiveness, and ensuring alignment with federal EHE goals. Work also involves creating, preparing, and updating the jurisdictional EHE Workplan for local, state, and federal agencies, including quarterly and annual reports on EHE Initiative program performance. General supervision may be exercised over lower-level staff. Performs other work as requested.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in public health, public administration, health administration, or a related field and one year of experience in health education related to HIV or other health conditions and one year of supervisory experience.

Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
