CHI Health Clinic is actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join our established practice in Omaha, Nebraska. CHI Health Clinic has primary care clinics across Nebraska and Southwest Iowa.

Responsibilities
- Outpatient only
- Full-time is 36 patient facing hours per week
- Average of 20-24 patient visits per day
- 4 or 4 1/2 day work week

Qualifications
- One year of experience as a Physician Assistant in Primary Care
- Bilingual in Spanish highly desired
- Master's Degree in Family Physician Assistant from accredited program
- Certification by a nationally recognized certification organization
- Nebraska License required
- Nebraska DEA required
- BLS
Pay Range
$56.36 - $65.76/hour
