Pharmacy Manager
NCH Baker Downtown 
Naples, Florida
 

As a full time, exempt Pharmacy Manager with CPS Solutions, LLC, under the direction of the Health System Director of Pharmacy, this role plans, organizes, controls, and supervises activities in hospital pharmacy according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and State and Federal laws.  Recommends innovations in the practice and function of the hospital pharmacy to Administration and carries out mutually agreed upon programs.   As a CPS-employed  Staffing Pharmacy Manager, you'll have a full support team available to you including experts in operations, clinical,  and regulatory. 

Schedule:  This full time position works at least 40 hours per week, primarily Monday-Friday day shift.

Starting Pay: $150,000 to $160,000 annually, based on expereince. 

About the Facility: Naples Comprehensive Health (NCH) is Joint Commission accredited, locally governed non-profit healthcare system located in Naples, FL. NCH Baker Downtown has 592 beds and includes an Emergency Department, General Surgery, Infectious Disease, Orthopedics, Palliative Care, Primary Care, Pulmonology, Critical Care, Cardiac Care, Stroke and Vascular care. This facility also houses the NCH Rooney Heart Institute and the NCH Wingard Stroke Institute. CPS has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS.

Qualifications:

  • Pharmacy Degree - Bachelors or Pharm D from an accredited school of pharmacy
  • Florida Pharmacist licensure that is currently active and in good standing
  • 3+ years recent experience as an inpatient Pharmacist
  • Recent pharmacy management experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
  • Ability to work cooperatively with other members of hospital and pharmacy staff
  • Lean six Sigma certification preferred 
     

Hospital Requirements:

  • (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
  • (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
  • Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
  • Hep B3 Series (or declination) 
  • (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st - April 30th  
  • COVID Vaccine
  • Color vision test
