Summary:

General Summary:  
The Partnership Manager is an enthusiastic and experienced professional who supports and guides the design, build, deployment, and implementation of our Science to Service℠ products to our partnering customers. This position collaborates with the entire Advanced Metrics team to ensure processes and procedures are followed and managed efficiently to support new and ongoing customer relationships. The Partnership Manager is responsible for nurturing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. This role reports to and collaborates closely with the Director of Partnerships.  

This position is a part of our Advanced Metrics Systems.

Schedule: FT (40 hrs) Flexible Schedule.

This is a remote position and we are able to hire staff living in PA, MD, NJ, SC, and GA. Must be able to travel to Mountville, PA (Lancaster County) and to client locations for meetings as needed. Wage Information:

$50,000.00 annually.

Job Description:

 

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

Partnership Engagement 

Partner Onboarding 

  • Follow and contribute to Advanced Metrics' partnership onboarding and transition process and procedures and recommend areas for improvement. 

  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. 

  • Organize and conduct internal and external meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. 

  • Perform requirements gathering and analysis, evaluating and documenting customer business workflow, tools/assessments, and reporting needs.  

  • Embody project management best practices and procedures in day-to-day work to anticipate customer needs, manage deliverables, and ensure timely completion of projects. 

  • Develop tools, reports, workflows, and organizational hierarchy in collaboration with the Technical team on behalf of customers and partners.  

  • Perform and coordinate user acceptance testing. 

  • Serve as a liaison between Advanced Metrics, customers, other stakeholders, and end users. 

  • Engage in business development activities as requested to enhance knowledge sharing and streamline the time to value for partners. 

 

Training and Implementation  

  • Incorporate Advanced Metrics' Implementation process into customized training and implementation plans for each partner.  

  • Organize and conduct training sessions to educate customers on existing and updated software functionality as well as interpretation of data and reports.  

  • Develop and update training materials and resources for customers. 

 

Partnership Performance Monitoring 

  • Support in the development of project plans and monitor performance, reporting any risks immediately to the Director of Partnerships. 

  • Evaluate effectiveness of training presentation using key performance indicators.  

  • Provide stellar Solution Support, addressing, managing, and monitoring ticket resolution for dedicated partners.  

  • Provide regular reports to Director of Partnerships, Leadership Team, and stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement with partners. 

 

Product Development 

  • Collaborate with Director of Partnerships to ensure solutions meet customer business needs.  

  • Lead recurring collaborative workgroups with customers to ensure software solutions continue to meet the needs of end-users. 

  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements under the guidance of the Director of Partnerships. 

 

Team and Culture 

  • Collaborate with other Partnership Managers when planning PTO to ensure customer needs are met.  

  • Lead through inclusivity and commitment to ensuring diversity, both in perspectives and in personnel, with the ability to bring out the best in others and develop a spirit of collaboration within and among team members and customers/partners. 

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills using accepted English grammar.

  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities with the ability to effectively shift focus between day-to-day details and longer-term goals.  

  • Knowledge and familiarity with HIPAA and operational data security or willingness to learn. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills: approachable, patient, and easy to talk to.  

  • Intrapreneurial and entrepreneurial, innovative spirit with an eye on sustainable but significant growth.  

  • Visionary who can demonstrate competency in strategic planning and business development and/or clinical expertise in health and human services.  

  • Ability to be flexible but firm when necessary. Able to work autonomously but remain accessible and communicative. 

  • Knowledge of computers and web-based software systems. Sees the potential in and  
    understands the use of technology in process improvement. Understands how information technology tools simplify, streamline, and improve overall output. 

  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task.  

  • Understanding of the importance of company culture and being able to incorporate company values in all aspects of a role. 

 

Minimum Education, Credentials, and Experience: 

Bachelor's degree  

 

Special Requirements: 

Must be able to work flexible hours. 

Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, and meetings, which may include occasional overnight stays. 

Must have the ability to obtain clearances, as defined by regulations.
