We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* Aetna Resources LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Irving, TX: CPL ScrumMaster responsible for Planning and executing Data Engineering and IT projects through agile and Scrum implementations within the CPL (Campaign Production Launchpad) function. Duties include: provides servant-leadership and mentorship to a cross-functional agile team; will guide and serve a team to deliver technology solutions through effective application of Agile principles and frameworks including, but not limited to, Scrum and Kanban methods; will coach the team to create strong skills in self-organization, cross-functionality, collaboration, conflict resolution, transparency, and continuous improvement; collaborates with business partners, architects, product owners and engineers to understand their problems and goals; liaison with the Business and Technical team to identify technical solutions and business process improvements in support of the Business and IT strategic direction; manage multiple stakeholders geographically dispersed to drive roadmap objectives, ensuring scope and approach are understood by scrum teams; proactively provide agile and process consultancy to stakeholders throughout the full development lifecycle; facilitate all scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Reviews; use reporting tools to monitor the progress of portfolio delivery and ensure timely and effective communication of the status and assessment of risks/issues; expertise with Rally, using agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement; work Closely with Technical leads while effectively managing relationships and requirements with business partners across geographies; removes impediments, helps manage risk; and assist teams in achieving commitments by building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised, with an emphasis on problem-solving. Multiple Openings. - Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Delivery Management, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires five (5) years of experience in each of the following: Agile Scrum Management, Project Management, Delivery management; Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud; Dot Net & MVC framework; Oracle; SQL Server; and Big Data. Telecommuting available. *Pay Range:* $114338.00/year to $180000.00/year.
