Duties include: provides servant-leadership and mentorship to a cross-functional agile team; will guide and serve a team to deliver technology solutions through effective application of Agile principles and frameworks including, but not limited to, Scrum and Kanban methods; will coach the team to create strong skills in self-organization, cross-functionality, collaboration, conflict resolution, transparency, and continuous improvement; collaborates with business partners, architects, product owners and engineers to understand their problems and goals; liaison with the Business and Technical team to identify technical solutions and business process improvements in support of the Business and IT strategic direction; manage multiple stakeholders geographically dispersed to drive roadmap objectives, ensuring scope and approach are understood by scrum teams; proactively provide agile and process consultancy to stakeholders throughout the full development lifecycle; facilitate all scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Reviews; use reporting tools to monitor the progress of portfolio delivery and ensure timely and effective communication of the status and assessment of risks/issues; expertise with Rally, using agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement; work Closely with Technical leads while effectively managing relationships and requirements with business partners across geographies; removes impediments, helps manage risk; and assist teams in achieving commitments by building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised, with an emphasis on problem-solving. Multiple Openings. - Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Delivery Management, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires five (5) years of experience in each of the following: Agile Scrum Management, Project Management, Delivery management; Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud; Dot Net & MVC framework; Oracle; SQL Server; and Big Data. Telecommuting available. *Pay Range:* $114338.00/year to $180000.00/year. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
