Looking for talent that can: -Build and develop strong functional operation management team through formal training, diverse assignments, coaching, communication, mentoring and performance management. -Cultivate and manage relationships with various internal teams. -Create process improvement strategy to address developing internal trends e.g. changes in others' roles, error trends and external constituent needs, e.g. provider requirements for data. -Drive change management through the organization to support competitive and changing environment. Our client-focused colleagues work every day to improve the lives of our customers. *Required Qualifications* 10+ years of directly related health care experience 5+ years of provider operations experience 5+ years of provider relations related activities 2+ years of provider data and/or provider contracting activities/support 1+ years of new business implementation focus in Medicaid *Preferred Qualifications* •Project management experience. •Provider data and provider contracting. •Working knowledge of quick base, excel and other tools for working with provider data. •Proven ability to work collaboratively at all levels. •Ability to effect change. •Exercise sound judgment and demonstrates analytical/data-driven decision making skills. •Understand provider contracts, contracting options, and operational issues related to provider relations. *Education* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,500.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
