Duties include: create technical specifications and designs by analyzing the business requirements; create complex architectural solutions using, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, and Java based technologies; design and develop reliable solutions based on business needs to be used by technicians, pharmacists, and staff to process prescriptions and related activities; design sequence diagrams, process flows and create technical flow charts depicting the architectural solution to be implemented; provide technical guidance through all the phases of projects; develop stored procedures, functions, triggers and other SQL objects to create and implement applications per business needs; perform SQL query tuning and performance enhancements using various tools such as AWR/Statspack, SQL trace and TKPRO; build sophisticated frontend screens using Oracle Forms that act as user interfaces for the applications; generate reports using Oracle Reports per business requirements; define test parameters/strategy, create test case scenarios, execute the test cases, and analyze the test results to reduce defects; and collaborate with project managers, resource managers, quality assurance, technical teams, business users and other project stakeholders in developing technical solutions. Multiple Openings. - Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience with each of the following: software application development; Oracle, Oracle PL/SQL, and Advanced SQL/PLSQL Programming; Toad 12.11, SQL Developer, and SQL Navigator; Oracle Middleware Forms and Reports builder, Oracle e-Business Suite Application (ERP), and Oracle APEX 18.2; Java, Unix, C, and/or C++; and Agile and Scrum. *Pay Range:* $139464.00/year to $230000.00/year.
