Position Summary: CVS Pharmacy, Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Manager, Rx Product Development to maintain industry-leading analyses and reporting to enable a product roadmap that drives technology development and innovation and increases visibility and engagement with CVS Health content, products, and services. Duties include: analyze web metrics for pharmacy assets and develop online strategy for program measurement and reporting to deliver increased revenue and margins in target areas; communicate effectively with non-technical audiences and develop and present meaningful and insight-driven marketing materials based on analytical results; deliver a data infrastructure strategy for the digital pharmacy business to optimize digital pharmacy assets; leverage technical, analytical and product management expertise and analyze research, data, and technology to understand user behavior and measure outcomes for ongoing optimization to revolutionize the way CVS Pharmacy fills prescriptions using data driven insights; and collaborate with business leaders and partners to inform strategy development, prioritize analytic efforts, and formulate specific work-plans and projects to execute across the digital pharmacy team. Multiple positions. - Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Requires one (1) year of experience in each of the following: Business trend analysis including data analysis and reporting development; Designing and executing complex analyses using MS Excel; Working with data using technical tools including SQL, MS Access, or MS Excel; Working with pharmacy data or front store customer data; Providing ad hoc reporting and visualization dashboards; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide channel/campaign analysis to assess program effectiveness and identify growth opportunities; and Developing business cases for growth opportunities. Pay Range: $63300.00/year to $136500.00/year. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
