We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* CVS Pharmacy, Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Senior Manager, Agile Coach responsible for planning and conducting training and coaching efforts within CVS Health Digital's Lean-Agile COE coaching team; lead and advocate for the adoption of Lean-Agile methodologies; serve as a subject matter expert in XP practices and DevOps improvements; provide thought leadership and apply real life experience to support teams; participate in crucial training and development conversations and initiatives to help teach others strong facilitation techniques; guide teams and train leaders to find the best path for success; lead and facilitate various training sessions for colleagues at all levels of the organization, aimed at rolling out and sustaining department-wide adoption of Lean-Agile methodologies, with particular focus on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe); perform trainings that include introductory, advanced and role-specific training to further the organization's Agile practice; mentor and coach teams and individuals in a transformation from waterfall to Agile by reinforcing principals learned through training and guide behavior toward the adoption of Lean-Agile principles and practices; support Agile coaching activities across teams and train them to quickly create spheres of influence to improve and elevate the overall application of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in partnership with Solution and Portfolio Coaches within the Digital LACE; facilitate Agile ceremonies and other critical meetings including large PI planning sessions and groups for Feature grooming/Story Writing; and lead Agile assessments and workshops related to technical practice maturity. 25% travel required within the U.S. - Requirements: Five (5) years of experience in IT development/project management, including two (2) years with each of the following: Lean and Agile methodologies; collaboration technology including Jira, Rally and SharePoint; teaching Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), specifically the DevOps, Architecture or ASE classes; working in a customer-centric environment with user facing complex software solutions; and requirements analysis, UML diagrams and use cases. Multiple Openings and Telecommuting Available . *Pay Range:* $154440.00/year to $240000.00/year.
