We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* The Medicaid Credentialing Verification Organization (CVO) is looking for a Project Manager who is responsible for developing and maintaining formal project plans with our Medicaid operation for projects and initiatives, ensuring our compliance with all regulatory/statutory requirements are met regarding strategic and tactical work solutions. The project manager works directly with credentialing leadership, project management, and various internal business and system partners, and is responsible for arranging and facilitating planning and status meetings to ensure timely delivery on all project components and key initiatives are met. - Performs data collection, analytical research, and analysis. Identifies issues that may stall the project and addresses appropriately to keep on track. - Edits and maintains project related material. - Tracks and monitors progress against timeline and key milestones, may also track project related financial expenditures. - Actively participates in the development of communication materials on project status to all impacted parties. - Actively participates in developing implementation plans to ensure all impacted areas (up stream/down stream) are informed of next steps for completion. Primary responsibilities include managing components of both tactical and strategic projects/initiatives in supporting business operations.  Researching and solving for efficiencies in support of credentialing system applications throughout development, testing, and implementation. - Performs analysis and business requirements in supporting existing and new regulatory mandates, to ensure compliance with CMS, state/local, and accrediting (NCQA/URAC) body requirements. - Develops and implements project plan to achieve business goals. - Proactively leads business project plan, timeline identifying key milestones. - Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to services and workflows based on broad view of the organization. *Required Qualifications* - 1-3 years of project management experince - Ability to perform project management, business analysis, UAT - Ability to think strategically across multiple lines of business - MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Microsoft Teams) - Innovative mindset with proven track record for identification and implementation of change - Familiarity with multi-year initiatives, ability to set and achieve goals *Preferred Qualifications* Experience with Quickbase a plus Credentialing operations experience Medicaid experience *Education* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $43,700.00 - $107,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
