**Responsibilities**
An experienced Registered Nurse who is independently responsible for:
Organizing, planning, directing, and coordinating the professional staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, individualized patient care
Assure patient advocacy under the direction of the Unit leader
Observing and ensuring the implementation of the nursing process by other nursing staff members
Supervising clinical and other non-professional staff
Can provide high-quality, individualized patient care
**Qualifications**
**Minimum:**
One (1) year RN experience within applicable clinical specialty
ADN, Diploma or foreign equivalent
Current AZ State RN license in good standing
Current American Heart Assocation BLS healthcare provider card
**Preferred:**
Two years RN experience within applicable clinical specialty and/or charge nurse experience
BSN
American Heart Association ACLS obtained within six months of hire into position
**Pay Range**
$42.85 - $63.77 /hour
