**Summary:**
The Diabetes Dietitian or Nurse Educator has experience in diabetes self-management training. The position will implement clinical and education programs, be responsible for quality improvement and research activities, and be an expert resource for both patients and providers. The position may also be responsible for the ADA Recognized Program process and community support programs. Requires 2-years' experience as RD, Registered Dietitian. Effective: June 11, 2023, team members in the position are required to get certified (CDCES Diabetes) within two years of this date or hire date/transfer date whichever is later. Effective January 1, 2024, a graduate degree is required for those not initially credentialed by 12/31/23. A graduate degree includes a master's degree, practice doctorate, doctoral degree (e. g., PhD, EdD or, DSc).
**Minimum Qualifications:**
**Experience:**
Required - 2 years RD (Registered Dietitian) experience or 2 years RN (Registered Nurse) Acute Care experience
